Healthstyles provides organizations with:

1. Workplace Chair Massage
   
   This style of massage uses a specially designed "massage chair" so you can be fully clothed and seated while the therapist focuses attention to the neck, shoulders, back and arms. This is especially popular in the workplace, for special events and parties.
   
   Schedule in 10, 15, 20 & 30 Minute Sessions.
   Available for your group with a 2-hour minimum: 
        First 2-Hours, $160.
        Each additional hour, $75.
        Travel time, $20 minimum.
   
   
   
   

2. Stress Management Presentation
   
   This is an interaction presentation designed to help participants to identify negative stressors and help develop skills to neutralize the  negative stressors. This presentation can be beneficial to company undergoing internal or external changes.
   
   The presentation may or may not include stretching, breathing, and yoga exercises along with deep relaxation exercises.
   
   

3. Stress Reduction Program
   
   This is an ongoing program that may include a have some Chair Massage.  This in-depth program will identify the individuals negative stressors by using personalized tools. Each participant can expect to see a change in his or hers ability to deal with stress.
